Getting Started
Step 1:
- Click the download button above.
- Find “efinstaller.exe” in your Downloads folder, and double click.
- A setup window will launch. Follow the prompts to install.
Note: you may get a Windows SmartScreen prompt saying it “prevented an unrecognized app from starting.” Click More info, then click Run anyway. - The “Essential Forms Setup” window will pop up. Follow the prompts to set up, the click “Finish.”
- Essential Forms should now be on your desktop.
Step 2:
- After completing Step 1, click the download button above.
- Find “allcacty.exe” in your Downloads folder, and double click.
- A setup window will launch.
- You will then see a prompt to install detected updates to Essential Forms – click Yes. The prompt will then ask if you have any additional forms to install – click No.
- You will be prompted that Essential Forms needs to restart – click OK to trigger automatic restart.
- Upon reopening, you will see a message at the bottom-right of your screen that updates are ready to install, and Essential Forms needs to be restarted, again. Click OK.
- Manually close and re-open Essential Forms.
- Upon reopening, you will again see a prompt to install detected updates to Essential Forms – click Yes. The prompt will then list the counties that have been successfully installed and ask if you have any additional forms to install – click No.
- You will be prompted that Essential Forms needs to restart – click OK to trigger automatic restart.
- The additional County Forms should now be available on the Forms Library tab.
