CEB Roadtrip Challenge Sweepstakes
OFFICIAL RULES. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.
This sweepstakes is open exclusively to attendees of the 2025 AALL National Conference who views at least two demos of a CEB (Sponsor) product during the course of the tradeshow, which runs July 19 – 22, 2025 in Portland, OR. Participants must be (a) 21 years of age or older as of July 19, 2025, and b) US citizen. Void wherever prohibited by law. Employees of CEB and Ignite Marketing, LLC and their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, partners, vendors, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
TO ENTER: Beginning 12:01 AM Central Time July 19, 2025 through 11:59 PM Central Time July 22, 2025, (“Term”), those eligible must go to the CEB booth at the AALL tradeshow to request a demo with a CEB representative and participate in at least two product demos over the course of the show, live in person. Entrants must allow their AALL badge to be scanned by a CEB representative in order to be entered.
CEB reserves the right to use a 3rd party marketing firm to manage the Sweepstakes and draw the Sweepstakes Winner. The decision is final and no appeals will be considered. Failure to adhere to the rules may result in disqualification at the discretion of CEB or their 3rd party. Eligible submissions will be entered to win and become the property of CEB. No mechanically reproduced entries of any kind is permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected scans or scans not received. Scanned contact information will be required for entry.
Sweepstakes Winner (1): One winner will be selected. The winner will be drawn at random by a 3rd party from all eligible entries, on or before August 1, 2025. Decisions of the Sponsor and 3rd party are final on all matters.
Winners will be notified by email and announced on the CEB website and through CEB social media accounts. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Non-winning entries will not be notified.
SWEEPSTAKES PRIZE: The prize is not redeemable for cash and is subject to availability. No discounts, special promotions or offers can be applied. Prizes cannot be transferred to another person. Personal taxes are not included. It is the winner’s responsibility to ensure their employer allows them to accept the prize.

The prize is valued at $2,580 USD and is subject to availability. No transfer/assignment of prize to another person by winner permitted. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of winners. All applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations apply. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification with no liability to Sponsor, and Sponsor will choose an alternate winner.
PUBLICITY & MARKETING: Acceptance of any prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor to use winner’s name, voice, statements, image, and likeness for purposes of advertising and trade, in any medium, without further compensation or notice, unless prohibited by law. Submission of contact information in connection with this sweepstakes (whether or not required), including mailing address, phone number, and email address during entry constitutes permission for Sponsor to add entrant to Sponsor’s customer database and to contact entrant in the future for promotional reasons. You may opt-out of receiving such communications as provided within any such marketing materials (e.g., using the “Unsubscribe” feature provided in the footer of Sponsor’s emails).
TERMS: Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize or in the administration of the promotion, whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Winners assume all liability and agree to hold Sponsor harmless for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, faulty, or incorrect transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind, any damage to any person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the online portion of the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the sweepstakes whether caused by computer, technical or human error. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the program for any reason, including but not limited to, if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the promotion; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the promotion as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify, freeze or prohibit the participation of an individual if fraud or tampering is suspected, or if the individual fails to comply with any requirement of participation or with any provision in these Official Rules. Entrants must comply with employer rules, policies, and procedures relating to prize acceptance. The winner must sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release. The winner is liable for all taxes that must be paid on the prize.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE CEB OR UNDERMINE THE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL & CIVIL LAWS. SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY AND/OR SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY INDIVIDUAL MAKING ANY SUCH ATTEMPTS TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
