PROGRAM ATTORNEY
Payroll Title: Manager (Functional Area)
Salary: Min: $75,800-$90,000
Under general direction, the incumbent is responsible for the design, development, implementation and evaluation of continuing legal education programs. High level of independence required. Weekly check ins with team and supervisor.
Competencies:
- J.D. and active membership in CA State Bar
- 5 years of legal practice experience
- Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must be a team player, comfortable in both lead and member roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects
- Demonstrated ability to meet project budgets and schedules
- Experience and in-depth knowledge of current legal practice and the challenges faced by legal practitioners
- Ability to do “infield” research with customers
- Ability to “think outside the box”
- Ability to translate customer needs into salable solutions
- Ability to learn, understand, and apply new technologies
- In depth knowledge of CEB’s products
