CEB is located in the Franklin Tower at 2100 Franklin St. in uptown Oakland. There are entrances on 21st and Franklin St. and at 2101 Webster St. Take the west elevators to the 5th floor. Enter and sign in with the Receptionist. Please note we do not have a retail outlet at this location. For sales, please call 1-800-232-3444.
PARKINGThere is a garage in the Franklin Tower on 21st between Franklin and Webster. Some other garages are noted on the map with a P.
BAY AREA RAPID TRANSIT (BART)Exit BART at the 19th Street station on the northeast end and keep walking in the same direction on 20th St. to Franklin St., turn north and walk a block to the Franklin Tower at 2100 Franklin St..
DRIVING FROM SF OR NORTHFrom I-580 west, take MacArthur Street exit, turn left on Harrison Street, right on Grand Ave., left on Webster St., and right on 21st St. Garage entrance is on the right.
OAKLAND AIRPORT OR SOUTHTake I-880 North to Downtown Oakland. Exit on Oak St. which becomes Lakeshore Drive, west on 21st St. Garage entrance is on the right just past Webster St.
